DAY TRIP PAYMENT POLICY
|
Payment is due 45 days
prior to the trip, or at the time of reservation. No reservations
can be held without payment. Write a separate check for each trip
you choose. Make check payable to Streator National Bank.
DAY TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY
If the trip is cancelled due to
insufficient reservations, all money will be refunded.
If you must cancel, ACHIEVERS will
issue a full refund only if you have found a replacement traveler, or if
ACHIEVERS has a "wait list" and can locate a replacement for you. If
no replacement is found, you will receive the balance of your day trip
refund minus the cost of any non-refundable and or prepaid tickets.
ACHIEVERS GUEST POLICY
We welcome ACHIEVERS to bring a guest to special events and accompany them
on trips.
OTHER TRIP INFORMATION
You will receive your final
itinerary in the mail prior to the trip.
If reservations are not available
when your order is processed, your check for that particular trip will be
returned to you and your name or names will be added to the waiting list.
Being placed on the waiting list costs nothing and could later result in
an opportunity to go on a trip through cancellations or added coaches.
Smoking is not allowed on the
coaches. Frequent stops will be made for your convenience.
EXTENDED TRIP POLICY
Each extended trip will have it's
own deposit requirements, cancellation policy and final payment dates.

The First National Bank of Ottawa
is acting only as an intermediary in arranging day and extended group travel
trips. In connection with any such group travel trip, you agree that The
First National Bank of Ottawa and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors,
officers, employees, successors and assignees will not be liable to you for any
personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience
or other irregularities of any kind that may occur or be caused by any provider
of services or any person not under The First National Bank's supervision and
control or by any defect and/or failure of any vehicle or equipment not owned or
operated by The First National Bank of Ottawa and you hereby fully release and
forever discharge The First National Bank of Ottawa and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, directors, officers, employees, successors, and assigns from any
other claims for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident ,
delay, inconvenience or other irregularities which you may suffer on any such
group travel trip.
